Art of Mentoring Client Refund Policy
This policy relates to the provision of products and services.
- Fees paid or fees payable are not refundable if the scope of services is completed.
- Fees for unused pairs that are part of a mentoring plan agreement are non-refundable.
- Fees for services yet to be rendered are not refundable for a change of mind or inability of the Client to make full use of services within the contract period.
- Postponement of scheduled workshops or webinars with less than 14 days notice will incur a rescheduling fee of $250 plus costs associated with the change to the facilitator’s travel charged back if Client if applicable.
- If travel by the Art of Mentoring team is cancelled due to cancellation or postponement of services by the client, any travel expenses incurred by Art of Mentoring will be non-refundable and charged back if Client if applicable.
- If the premature termination of an agreement is happening prior to rendering the full services, and it is deemed that Art of Mentoring is unable to deliver the services as agreed, then a fair calculation will be made as per the rate of the service along and the portion of the unearned amount will be refunded to the Client.
- A refund will be issued in case of a technical error such as double charging or any other cases for which Art of Mentoring is responsible.
- A refund claim is acceptable in case of the inability or incompetency of service execution and in which case, a fair calculation of compensation against the time and efforts must be evaluated.
- Any refund request should be made in written email/letter form stating the exact reason for the refund claim which will immediately lead to suspension or termination of services.
- Any refund once approved, will be processed within 30 working days.
